Assistant Manager (Fundraising) (Apply Before 30-April-2026)
Position Summary
The Assistant Manager – Fundraising will be responsible for planning, executing, and managing fundraising initiatives, with a focus on corporate partnerships, donor engagement. To identify, develop, and manage partnerships with corporate sponsors and CSR departments, securing financial and in-kind support for the project’s campaigns, and long-term goals.
Qualifications/Requirement
- Bachelor’s/ master’s degree in business administration, Marketing, NPO and Management, or related field
- 3-5 years of experience in Management, Marketing, Fundraising, sponsorship, or PR and corporate relations
- Prior experience in the nonprofit organization, healthcare, or development sector is preferred
Skills & Competencies Required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proposal and report writing (English & Urdu)
- Presentation and negotiation skills
- Knowledge of CSR trends and policies (especially Pakistan-specific)
- Well organized, goal-oriented, and self-motivated
- Capability of working under pressure and meeting deadlines.
- Basic knowledge of fundraising and marketing and donor CRM systems, MS Office, and Excel
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain relationships with corporate donors and high-net-worth individuals (HNIs)
- Identify new funding opportunities and partnerships
- Coordinate with marketing for campaign execution (Ramzan, Zakat, CSR initiatives)
- Prepare proposals, presentations, and donor reports
- Monitor fundraising targets and performance
- Ensure timely donor communication and follow-ups
