Fundraising Officer (Apply Before 30-April-2026)
Position Summary
The Fundraising Officer will support the Fundraising department in the daily execution of resource mobilization activities. The primary focus is to assist in donor outreach, maintain accurate records of contributions, and support the implementation of seasonal and year-round campaigns. This role involves proactive lead generation and ensuring that donors receive timely appreciation and reporting.
Qualifications/Requirement
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Social Sciences, or a related field.
- 2–3 years of experience in fundraising, sales, or customer relationship management (CRM). Experience within a non-profit or healthcare setting is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in both English and Urdu (written and spoken).

Skills & Competencies Required
- Ability to engage professionally with diverse donor groups.
- Competence in drafting basic letters, emails, and activity updates.
- Solid command of MS Office (particularly Excel and PowerPoint) and familiarity with CRM data entry.
- Ability to handle multiple administrative tasks and meet campaign deadlines.
- A positive, goal-oriented attitude when approaching potential sponsors.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify potential individual and corporate donors through research; initiate first-contact calls and emails to schedule meetings for senior management.
- Execute administrative tasks for seasonal drives (e.g., Ramzan, Zakat, and special appeals), including the distribution of marketing materials and collection of donation boxes/checks.
- Act as a point of contact for mid-level donors; ensure all queries are answered promptly and professionally.
- Maintain an up-to-date donor database (CRM); record every contribution accurately and assist the Assistant Manager in drafting progress reports.
- Collate data and supporting documents to help prepare fundraising proposals and presentations.
- Ensure every donor receives a timely thank-you letter, tax receipt, and feedback on how their funds were utilized to foster long-term loyalty.
